Margaret Ann “Peggy” Bass, age 76 of Bear Lake, went to be with her Lord Tuesday, August 3, 2021. Peggy handed peacefully in her snooze soon after taking pleasure in a working day of exciting and laughter with her relatives.
She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on March 28, 1945 the daughter of the late George W. & Helen (Wareham) Schafer and from the age of four months, grew up on a farm just outdoors of Bear Lake. Peggy married John W, Bass on July 19, 1986 at the Arcadia United Methodist Church. John preceded her in loss of life on March 7, 2004.
In her younger decades Peggy liked tenting, boating, fishing and water skiing. Other interests have been owning meal events for close friends and spouse and children, designing playing cards, scrapbooking, gardening, studying, road outings and loving on her kitties. She cherished character and all God’s creatures and loved drawing closer to God through the Bible scientific tests in which she participated. She had a actual talent for property decorating and liked keeping a warm and welcoming dwelling. Peggy cherished and really liked persons and throughout the earlier couple of years had a excellent time finding alongside one another with “all the cousins” for lunches. She loved her several mates and specially cherished her loved ones her son John W, (Jennifer) Bass, Jr. of Chandler, AZ, daughter Brenda (Brian) Suzuki of Anaheim, CA, two grandchildren, Katelyn (Nathan) Soar and John Robert (Sarah) Bass of San Tan Valley, AZ and a few wonderful-grandchildren, Haeghan, Hadlee and Abraham Jose her siblings, David (Wanda) Schafer and Sally King (David Reed) all of Bear Lake, as well as nieces & nephews Kim (Gregg) Brown, Michelle (John) Arlt, David (Lori) Bacon, Dennis (Christy) Bacon, Heather (Scott) DeRidder, Angela Eisenlohr, Charity Manke, April (Jeremy) Gawenda, Michelle (Aaron) Seiser, and Shane (Diane) Reed. Peggy’s recent several years had been complete and loaded with the really like of her youngest family members associates, her terrific nieces and nephews. Two of Peg’s siblings preceded her in demise George Schafer of Bear Lake and Patricia Bacon of Manistee.
A Celebration of Peggy’s daily life will take area at the Bear Lake United Methodist Church on Monday August 9th at 1:00 p.m. The loved ones will acquire good friends at the church 1 hour prior to the assistance.
